To my realtor my needs as well my family’s desires are to atleast have 3 bedrooms 2 baths. As well 2,000 square feet and a great view of the South Bay. I’d love to have a standard size remodeled kitchen and a standard size living room. Perhaps the apartment to provide an space for laundrey.

I really loved Daniel and Julie’s idea. Although they advertised theirs as an apartment, it seemed like a condo. What stood out to me was the Japanese Hazen graden. I can picture the beautiful garden as if im actually there. What also stood out to me was the price. What apartment’ rent cost $1100+/month?? Crazy, but good.

My partner and I found two apartments that we seemed to be interested in because of their effective descriptions. We found that we weren’t so attracted to choppy descriptions showing just the price or how much bedrooms and baths there were. What we were interested in was what accomodations were included such as “gorgeous balcony” and “brand new jacuzzi”.

Victor and I found an interesting apartment for rent by Alonso and Lindomar. It’s up for rent for a cheap price of $400/month. Many celebrity lives by & movie places around the corner. It also comes with a good 5 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, very spacious.

Another apartment that we found was Jaz&Alexa’s because it seems like a very good apartment with 3 bedrooms. It also comes with excitiing features such pools, etc.

I enjoyed Daniel and Vladamir’s aparment it was simple and to the point. I also liked Yadira M and Cynthia M’s because it sounded really nice and cool to live in. I liked that they thought of alot of things to describe in detail. Esp. the dishwasher included because we didn’t think of that and it’s a good idea.

We both liked Jose’s and Sofia’s advertisement. It had great details. It’sveryappealing. The landscape sounds pretty, the palms make the place seem tropical. We liked that every room has access to a balcony. The laundry room in the apartment is very important too, because this would prevent the loss of clothes. The car security is also very appealing for the simple reason that with this economic crisis more crimes are being committed. The only bad thing is the price…I might as well buy a house!!!

I really enjoyed Yadira m and Cynthia Me’s ad. It was very to the point, but detailed enough to get the main things you look for when looking for a place to live. For example every person wants to make sure the area they will live in is safe, which they stated as “also included, is a security system that allows you peace of mind when you leave your home.”

We picked Victoria’s because she decribed her apartment in so much detail. Also the rent is affordable and there is a great view. We also liked Lily & shanice’s apatrtment because it was two stories apartment and there is room service.There is a lot of space in the rooms. Both of the apartments are very nice and we can’t wait to move in! =]

We really liked sofi’s and jose’s offer becauase they used a lot of detail. its a little expensive but we can see why. it also seems like its a lot of fun to live there especially if you dont want to have any kids.

The second apt we chose was louis and henry’s offer it was a cheap deal. So if we dont have a good job we will always have a good offer, to go to

I like the sound of Andrea’s and Brenda’s apartment for my family because it was straight to the point. It told me everything I had to know, plus, I have the chance to negotiate a price I think is fair.

We like Nancy’s and Raiza’s ad because it’s close to a shopping center and we were told that there was easy access to the freeways.
We also liked it because we had the choice of carpet and hardwood floors. One more thing, sofia loves horses and it says that pets are allowed. [= [= [=

We like Vanessa M.’s too because of its location. It was near a beach, near a universiity, and somewhat close to LA.

we liked the one by Ozy Y Shaboe because the suroundings sound pretty nice, and i like the fact that they went into enough detail to say it has crown molding.

we also liked the ad by Victor and Alex Block 1 because it has a lot of detail and the apartment sounds like a great place to live.

The apartment that most caught my attention for a place to live for my family and I was ozzie’s and Shabow’s basically for the mere face that it has a “One master bedroom with a telescope to view the beutiful stars through the trees during the night on your brand new balcony.”
The location is heh okay, not perfect, but no other apartment caught my attention, there were just all to common and lacking surrounding descpription of the city in which the apartments were located. The apratment i chose however is located in near the Chabot lake in Castro Valley so it’z in a less city like area which is good and sutable but could always be better.

I liked Sofia and Jose’s ad for the apartments because they describe the place like as if I was already there and added a lot of descriptive details and other features of the apartment.
I also liked Shanice and Lily’s because they were also descriptive with the apartment making it look interesting and attractive.

The description of your intriguing apartments caught our attention. We would like to make an appointment as soon as possible. The environment an the inside of your apartments seems to fit our requirements. We like the fact that it has an inside jacuzzi. No other apartment seems to have that. My partner and I found Cynthia Meraz and Yadira’s apartment advertisement interesting. What stroke our curiosity was the description of “Extraordinary ocean view from every window.” Another apartment that interested us was Odgen and Lynn’s advertisement. The description of “NATURE IS ONLY A 5 MINUTE WALK AWAY” made Louis extremely happy.

We liked Dulce’s and Cynthia’s advertisement because it had beautiful surroundings. It was located in Hawaii near the beach. It had nice accessories such as the hot tub. We also liked Erik’s and Erica’s advertisement because it was in a calm, suburban area. They also gave you a lot of free stuff like a plasma TV and a hot tub.

The one that we like best is the apartment that Jose and Sofia created. We liked it because it was very attractive even though if it is expensive. It is worth it. The scenary they created in our head was remarkable. The interior they described to us sounded comfortable to live in.

I like Jose’s and Sofia’s apartment even if it a little expensive but its worth it. I liked the apartment because its located in Hollywood.

The other aparment i liked was Amalia’s and Brian’s apartment because its near parks so when i feel like exercising i could run at the park.

We are really interested in renting a Kenneth Lacy apartment endorsed by Erica and Debby. What really caught our attention was the jacuzzi and the kid friendly pool. Also, the master bedroom with the walk-in closets. Even though several advertisements included these accomodations, they didn’t have a reasonable price for them.

Cintia and Zureima had a great ad for their apartment. we really liked their description of the interior. they described it as “3 spacious bedrooms” and “2 full bathrooms both remodled and painted”, which is exactly what fits our needs. The price range was fantastic for our financial situation whhich was $800-$1000 per month. It had the right type of mood that our family is looking for. They also allow pets which is important to our family because we have dogs and birds.
The apartment that Brenda D. offered was just amazing. we appreciated that it sounded comfortable and cozy. It suited our financial standards. It was just magnificant. We like that it had “A large Kitchen with all appliances included and marble floors and countertops”. It appeared like it already had everything we needed to live there, it was what we were searching for.

I really liked Brian and Amalia’s ad because I like that it’s full of nature. I also liked that the apartment had just enough space for my family and I for a reasonable price.

I liked Nancy and Raiza’s ad because it was very descriptive and it sounded roomy. The price was not over-the-top, like Jose&Sofia’s ad. It went straight to the point and didn’t make the ad sound too wordy.

I liked Alex R. M. and Victor G. of 1st block because of the unique features it has and persuasive wording. Such as “massaging shower head for those long days at work”, and “view of the majestic Golden Gate Bridge” made we want to rent it.

I also liked Jose V. ’s apartment because its laconic, “Apartment for rent…2 Bedrooms 1 bath…$1,359 a month bills included…” and I’m sold.

I found Yadira & Cynthia’s apartment interesting b/c it has all the basic requirements and more, the view of the ocean and the gym are a plus
I also found Hoang & Cedrick’s apartment really good to live in, it includes many useful things like the unlimited supply of soap

I found Franco and Minhaj’s apartment most interesting. They really described into detail what would come if we rented their apartment. Private security caught my attention as you know, people like to be safe. Also, the “free high speed wireless connection” is a must when renting an apartment. The only thing I didn’t like was the peach carpet. Who the heck would have a peach carpet in an apartment? Anyways, I would be highly interested in renting this apartment.

I feel that people should be able to hire people based on the company image because most companies are based on one image. For Example: An overweight person would not get hired for advertising swimsuits because it would not look attractive to most viewers

Before i read this article i thought people could hire who they want. I dont think that no more because some people hire people that fit their image and I think thats wrong for other people. People should hire other people who deserve it and have experience on that job.

before we read this aricle we believed that companies had the right to hire who ever wanted. We still believe that they have that right, it’s just the way that they’re doing it is wrong and discriminating. Many compaines hire people who fit their image if they dont fit their image then maybe they shouldnt apply for the job.Companies create an image and try to keep it.

Before I read the article, I didnt’t feel any different about was it was going to be about because as soon as I read the title I already had an idea of what the article was going to be about. I never expected some companies to just hire people by their look I thought they would just hired people with their capacity to work there. i think that people should be hired by how they do the job and not by how they look.

We were already aware of job discimation in our society, therefore still harbor the same feelings for the subject prior to reading it. These feelings consist of indifference to selective hiring that companies utilize, but we don’t condone racial or age biases.
